This photo is quite nice!
I like the light yellow-green sparkles on the water off to the far left and I also like the sun flares in this piece and how the water and parts of the sky look like they're being barred by the sun. There's a very interesting effect wandering through the water and it's really cool to see! The nice little ruffles of clouds here are lovely too. =]
Was it cold out when you took this? It looks like a summer time photo but I could be easily fooled too! XD
